Cluster Plan

Introduction

This Cluster Plan report is aimed to provide an illustrative outline of the options for decarbonisation activities concerning the key stakeholders of the site and should be read in conjunction with the Exploitation Plan and Dissemination Plan for further information.

The Cluster Plan is split into three sections: actions which should be considered individually by all business on site, actions that must be considered as part of a coordinated effort (referred to as ‘Shared Opportunities’), and finally individual sections that contain business-specific actions for each of the key stakeholders for the site. In the interests of commercial sensitivity, the individual Business-specific Appendices are not being shared publicly.
